Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location:

United States
Standard Shipping — $5.99 (3–5 business days)
Express Shipping — $12.99 (1–2 business days)

International
International Standard — $24.99 (5–8 business days). International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country; these are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at info@playdock.io and we will make it right.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout.
